When I run windows update it downloads and installs the driver for the hauppage wintv series tv tuner card. Device manager also tells me that this card is installed and is functioning correctly. Media center tells me it cannot find an installed tv tuner card when I try to go into the tv section. Also, when I try to install the new driver designed for windows vista from the haupagge website the driver fails during installation.
They also claim that my tv card is compatible with windows vista. I get an error message that a needed file cannot be found. The default tv and fm tuner applications from hauppage's website will not run in windows vista. Friday, October 6, PM. Does any have similar issues thanks. Saturday, October 7, PM.
